Stephanie is a native of Oconee County. She graduated from Spartanburg Methodist College with an Associate's in Business, Limestone College with a Bachelor's in Mathematics Education, and Converse College with a Master's in Gifted Education with a minor in Elementary Education as well as an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership. Stephanie has more than 25 years of working with learners of all ages, with 22 in the public school arena. She began working at First Light (then Foothills Alliance) in 2018. Her days are spent supervising the counseling team, researching, writing, and implementing curricula to combat child abuse and sexual assault. She enjoys being creative when working towards the agency's goals.

What do you love about your job?
I love this job because I am able to be creative with teaching groups while teaching them to advocate for themselves. I also love helping people that are in need and being able to help them heal.
