Executive Director/CPO
Fay Brown has served as executive director and chief professional officer of Foothills Alliance since August 2002. In this position, she is responsible for overall administration, financial accountability, and program management of the agency and works with the board of directors to develop and implement policy. She manages a staff of fourteen professionals plus several contractual employees.

Financial Manager
Kim is responsible for all financial aspects of the entire agency. These include maintenance of all bank accounts, accounts payable and receivables, and grant activity. She works closely with a local CPA firm for annual audits, payroll, and taxes.
Sanquinita Martin

Prevent Child Abuse
Parent Support Group Coordinator
Sanquinita develops and coordinates ten support groups throughout Anderson County. She works closely with churches and Anderson County services agencies to promote better community services.

Sexual Trauma Center
Direct Services Coordinator
receives crisis phone calls from survivors of sexual assault. In addition, she also accompanies survivors to the emergency room at the Anderson Area Medical Center (AnMed) and Oconee Memorial hospital. Cristel also helps survivors connect with the services to help them through the healing process.

Beyond working with survivors, she also coordinates Foothills Alliance Sexual Trauma Center volunteers. Volunteers undergo training that equips them to field crisis calls or accompany survivors to the emergency room. Cristel, along with the Sexual Trauma Center Director, is responsible for conducting the volunteer training on a quarterly basis.

Director of Children's Services
As Director of Children's Services, Shirely is responsible to ensure the qualtiy of services for all children seen at Foothills Alliance. Shriely is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in South Carolina and has practiced professionally for over 30 years with children, adolescents, and familiers. This work has spanned six states and has included diverse populations and complex concerns. She oversees the Child Advocacy Center program at the agency and provides clinical oversight for the agency.

Program Director

Cristel manages the services of the Foothills Sexual Trauma Center. She also works with community partners to enhance the awareness of sexual violence and the services available to survivors.

Coordinator of Forensic Services/Advocate Alisa coordinates forensic services of all child sexual assault victims in Oconee and Anderson counties; additionally, she coordinates child and family advocacy services and acts as an advocate for children and families. Alisa has a certificate in forensic interviewing from the National Children's Advocacy Center.

Therapist Helen is a licensed therapist who provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She helps individuals who have been sexually assaulted or sexually abused acquire coping skills and manage stress in order for them to regain control of their lives. Helen helps traumatized victims become survivors and avoid self- defeating lifestyles.

Special Events Coordinator Barbara coordinates agency fundraising events, including securing sponsorships of events. Foothills Alliance's major fundraising events are Festival of Trees and Ladies Day Charity Golf Tournament.

Office Manager (part-time); Child Advocacy Center
Intake Coordinator (part-time)

Linda Loparo holds two part-time positions at Foothills Alliance. As office manager and executive assistant, she assists the executive director with administrative tasks, helps with fundraising events, and responds to general office needs of the agency. Secondly, Linda works with children and families at the Child Advocacy Center welcoming them, gathering information, and ensuring that all appropriate data is entered into a national database. She also recruits volunteers and coordinates work-study personnel.
